Called by Grandma Stefanija, Villa Stefanija is a small hotel and restaurant located in a small Istrian village of Puntera, situated only 15 minutes to the nearest beach. We are open the whole year round.

Seven uniquely furnished rooms, were named for the traditional Istrian women’s names and Istrian wines. All rooms have a balcony with the panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea, the Kvarner islands and infinity pool. Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole property.

Stefanija’s kitchen restaurant offers creative Istrian cuisine based on fresh ingredients. We offer a large selection of Istrian wines.

Pula airport is only 20 km away or 20 minutes driving.

Nearby are also walking paths and bicycle routes.

Nazvan po Noni štefaniji, mali hotel i restaurant Villa Štefanija, nalazi se u malom istarskom mjestu Punteri, sa prekrasnim pogledom na more i kvarnerske otoke, udaljen samo 15 minuta do najbliže plaže. Otvoreni smo cijele godine. Sedam unikatno opremljenih soba, dobile su ime po tradicionalnim istraskim ženskim imenima i istarskim sortama vina. Sve sobe imaju balkon sa pogledom na more, te besplatan Wi-Fi. Restaurant Štefanija nudi kreativnu istarsku kuhinju baziranu na svježim namirnicama. U ponudi je i veliki izbor istarskih vina. U sklopu hotela nalazi se i mali SPA sa finskom saunom, jacuzzijem, kaminom i prostorom za opuštanje koji ima pogled na more i infinity pool. U ponudi imamo i masaže.
