On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Barban celebrates one of its most beloved traditional delicacies – the fig and fig cake! 🍃
Visitors can enjoy an exciting programme featuring an official opening, a local products and souvenirs fair, live entertainment, creative workshops for children, and a traditional Istrian basket-making workshop. The highlight of the day is the Best Fig Cake announcement, followed by an evening performance by Klapa Škerac.
