Right to access information

The right to access information held, disposed of or controlled by the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Barban is regulated by the Right to Access Information Act (Official Gazette 25/13). Criteria for determining the amount of compensation for actual material costs and costs of providing information (Official Gazette 12/14); correction (Official Gazette 15/14).

The Act also prescribes the principles of the right to access information, exceptions to the right, and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access information. The aim of the Act is to enable and ensure information to natural and legal persons through openness and transparency of the activities of public authorities, in accordance with the Act.

The right to information is exercised by submitting a written request to the Tourist Board using the Request for Access to Information form.

The request can be submitted:

– by email: tz-barban@barban.hr

– in person at the Tourist Board Office

There is no additional fee required for the form when submitting the application.
